Our application facilitates the management of business relationships between travel agencies and their international partners, the operators, through an online platform. The application features three different membership types: Agencies, Operators, and Travel Agencies. In terms of hierarchy, Operators are linked to Agencies, while Travel Agencies are connected to Operators. A higher-level type in the hierarchy can authorize the pages accessible to a lower-level type.
To ensure security and quality, in case different types create accounts for each other, a temporary code is assigned and communicated through email. Users entering the system with a temporary code can set their passwords to activate their accounts.
This application allows users to find suitable hotels using various filters, make reservations, list these reservations, and obtain balance reports. Users can define flights and insurance to create packages. Additionally, they can access catalogs uploaded by agencies.
