Transfer Operation

Transfer lists can be created based on reservations processed in the system. On this screen, you can add and remove passengers from vehicles, change flight times and transfer dates. The screen layout can be personalized with user-based sorting options, and various reports can be obtained in Excel format (e.g. transfer sales report, vehicle costs, income-expense reports).

In the transfer module, purchase and sales prices can be entered on the cost side. Pricing can be done on a vehicle, region, transfer region or hotel basis, and return prices can be created automatically with the two-way option. In addition, prices can be defined according to criteria such as tour or vehicle type. Both pax (passenger) and per vehicle price entry is possible.
