Veboni ERP’s Performance Evaluation module allows you to make customized performance evaluations for all employees or specific departments and units. You can easily view the list of people employees interact with, such as their superiors, subordinates and teammates, from your company organization chart.
When needed, you can select the people to be included in the evaluation process and make 90-degree or 360-degree comprehensive evaluations. In the goal setting section, you can combine both types of goals without being limited to numerical or verbal goals and measure employee performance in a multifaceted way. Thanks to the flexible structure offered by the application, both numerical and verbal goals can be managed on a single platform.
